Change to e-mail delivery for the online portal

Dear customer,
To ensure the long-term deliverability of our automated e-mail reports, we have adjusted the way reporting e-mails are sent.
Effective immediately:
The reporting e-mails — which can be activated under system data — will only be sent to the main e-mail address of your portal account.
Sending reports to multiple recipient addresses is no longer possible. If several people need access to the data, this can be handled via the Investor-Function in the portal in the future.
Here you can see a system for which two e-mail addresses are stored, neither of which matches the account’s login address.

This will now be replaced automatically with:

Here you can now see that the login address has been stored. No additional e-mail addresses can be added.
Background
In the past, many recipient addresses were invalid or no longer active. As a result, our servers were increasingly blocked by spam filters — with negative effects for all customers.
Important
If an error message occurs during delivery, for example code 500–599, the corresponding portal account will be automatically blocked until the stored e-mail address has been successfully verified or replaced with a valid address.
Option 1
Reactivate the old address with a confirmation e-mail.
Option 2
Enter a new e-mail address and request a confirmation.
